Qatar not invited to emergency Arab summits in Saudi Arabia

DUBAI - Qatar has not received an invitation to two summits, a foreign ministry official said on Monday, in apparent reference to emergency meetings of Gulf and Arab leaders in Saudi Arabia earmarked for this month after attacks on Saudi oil assets.
